Hawzah News Agency- In the statement, addressed directly to Ayatollah Khamenei, the signatories reaffirmed their commitment to the concept of Wilayat al-Faqih and described the Iranian leader as the “Guardian of the Affairs of Muslims worldwide.” They emphasized that, amid escalating threats by the United States and the Zionist regime against the Islamic world, they remain confident in divine support, spiritual leadership, and what they termed Iran’s steadfast resistance.
The Afghan clerics referred the aggressive posture of Washington and Tel Aviv, accusing them of intimidation and destabilizing actions across the region. They stated that, despite these pressures, their morale remains strong due to faith in God, belief in the guidance of Imam Mahdi (may God hasten his reappearance), and trust in Ayatollah Khamenei’s leadership.
In symbolic and religious language, the statement praised the Iranian leader’s character and leadership, drawing parallels with prominent figures in Islamic history. The signatories portrayed him as embodying patience, courage, wisdom, and resolve, and as carrying forward the path of resistance associated with early Islamic exemplars.
The statement further noted that Afghan clerics and religious figures consider themselves prepared to respond to any guidance issued by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution in confronting the international arrogance, Zionism, and anti-Islamic forces, whether within the Islamic world or beyond it. They framed this readiness as part of a broader religious duty and moral responsibility.
Concluding the statement, the authors offered prayers for divine blessings upon the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his Household, reiterating their belief in the obligation of loyalty to Islamic leadership and unity among Muslims.
